As a Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring product excellence by performing inspections, audits, and evaluations across production processes and materials. What You'll Do
Conduct periodic audits on parts, activities, and documentation to verify quality standards.
Use fixtures and gauges to measure and inspect product dimensions.
Ensure correct labeling, containment, and handling of suspect or non-conforming materials.
Perform dock, packaging, and labeling audits for outgoing products.
Review inspection data and processes to identify trends or issues.
Participate in safety, environmental, and 5S audits.
Support investigations into non-conforming products and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with teams on capability studies and gage repeatability & reproducibility (GR&R).
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (2+ years in manufacturing preferred)
Working knowledge of gage R&R studies and inspection tools
Key Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to use attribute and variable gauges
Computer literacy and familiarity with data entry
Teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
Understanding of quality, safety, and environmental procedures
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs
Good vision, hearing, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
Comfortable working in a moderate-noise environment and flexible scheduling, including occasional overtime

Pay Details: $15.50 to $16.25 per hour
