Job Title: Quality Inspector – Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This Temp-to-Hire position is responsible for conducting inspections on in-process and finished products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. The ideal candidate will help ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout the manufacturing and remanufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections of in-process and finished products using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
Document inspection results in the company database and maintain accurate records.
Calibrate and maintain inspection devices and ensure they are used according to proper standards.
Identify nonconforming materials early in the production process and assist in root cause analysis.
Follow established procedures for quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform routine maintenance on inspection equipment as needed.
Work effectively in a small team and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of manufacturing drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency with computers and ERP systems.
Prior experience with QA inspections and calibration of measuring devices.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly.
Willingness to work in varying physical conditions.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, Day Shift
Compensation: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
