Adecco is working with a respected client in Georgetown, KY to hire a Quality Specialist. This hands-on role is perfect for a detail-driven professional focused on improving repair processes, inventory quality, and system compliance in a manufacturing or repair environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop procedures for testing returned parts, managing vendor components, and monitoring inventory quality.
Ensure all product specifications meet customer requirements and company standards.
Test and repair incoming/outgoing systems; document and analyze performance.
Create and implement KPIs to drive continuous improvement across repair and inventory operations.
Write, review, and update operating procedures for clarity, compliance, and efficiency.
Lead quality control (QC) processes to ensure the safety and quality of all repair procedures.
Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Manual and system documentation.
Partner with production teams to monitor and improve manufacturing quality processes.
Assist with training coordination related to new procedures or systems.
Proactively identify and resolve safety or quality issues.
What We’re Looking For
Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3 years of experience in a quality-related role.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality assurance best practices.
Ability to collaborate across departments and lead quality system improvements.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
