We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to lead leasing operations, including site selection, lease negotiation, rent analysis, subleasing, and landlord relationship management. This role plays a critical part in expanding and optimizing the real estate portfolio by ensuring favorable lease terms, financial accuracy, and efficient occupancy strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, well-versed in commercial leasing, and confident navigating landlord negotiations and FMV assessments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
7+ years of experience in leasing management or commercial real estate
Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
Able to travel 25%-50%
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
