Job Title: Receptionist/Dispatcher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Dispatcher who is organized, professional, and customer-service oriented. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, handle scheduling and dispatching efficiently, and assist with various administrative tasks. Experience with ServiceTitan software is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs, technician availability, and geographic location.
- Input and manage work orders, customer information, and service history using software (preferably ServiceTitan).
- Communicate clearly with field staff regarding appointments, changes, or updates.
- Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments or gather feedback after service.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and service documentation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, dispatcher, or similar administrative role.
- Computer literate – proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Friendly, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Trainable with a willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a service-based industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
