🌟 What You’ll Do:
• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and craft individualized care plans
• Focus on weight management and skin health to improve quality of life
• Lead nutrition education for residents, families, and staff
• Oversee menu planning, dietary compliance, and procurement of nutritional supplies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and conduct regular care audits
• Ensure accurate updates of diet orders and menus using menu management software
✅ Your Qualifications:
• Credentialed Registered Dietitian with a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Confident with EMR systems and nutrition compliance standards
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of state/federal regulations related to dietary care

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
