Registered Nurse (RN) - Exciting Opportunity in Med/Surg!
Location: Community Hospital in Oregon Wine Country
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for patient care to join our team at a 60-bed acute care, full-service facility. Whether you have acute care or Med/Surg experience or are coming from another nursing specialty with solid transferrable skills, we welcome you to be part of our team.
About the Role:
As an RN in our Med/Surg unit, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a variety of patients, including those with hip fractures, pneumonia, CHF, and other common medical/surgical conditions. You'll work in a supportive environment where collaboration, growth, and professional development are prioritized.
Experience Required:
- Acute Care/Med Surg experience preferred
- Open to nurses from other specialties with solid transferrable skills
Requirements:
- Valid, unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Commitment to Med/Surg and a desire to grow within our organization

Schedule and Compensation:
- Schedule: Night shifts (7 pm - 7:30 am), three shifts per week
- Shift Differentials:
- $6.50 per hour for night shifts
- $2.00 per hour for weekend shifts
- Union-Based Pay Rates
- Plenty of Overtime Available: Opportunities to pick up extra shifts and work overtime.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $114,000.00 per year
