Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a reputable client to find a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager for a full-time, direct-hire position in Delmar, NY. 💰 Competitive Salary:
The anticipated wage for this position is between $95,000 and $100,000/yr. Yearly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all supervisory duties for the assigned unit
• Develop and implement employee policies and procedures
• Mentor and support less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance
• Maintain high standards of care and review quality protocols
• Monitor residents’ overall care and address individual cases
• Respond to questions or concerns from residents and families
• Advocate for the unit’s interests with upper management
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Valid State RN License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience (preferred)
• At least 2 years of charge nurse experience (preferred)
• Strong computer and communication skills

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
