Remote Pharmacy Operations Manager

Company: Adecco Healthcare and Life Science
Type: One-year contract (with potential for extension or full-time offer)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $48 - $53 per hour (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute pharmacy benefit solutions.

  • Establish strategies and negotiate with key partners.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on carve-out pharmacy benefit solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet business needs.

  • Manage new and renewing customer implementations and PBM integrations.

  • Act as the primary contact for pharmacy-related member issues.

  • Develop project plans and timelines for client implementations.

  • Lead the implementation process for new and renewing clients.

  • Ensure smooth client transitions through testing and auditing.

  • Assist with developing project objectives, budgets, and timelines.

  • Provide feedback and guidance to resolve management and customer questions.

  • Analyze market and customer data to identify trends and make recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with department policies and applicable laws.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a clinical or payer setting, preferably in the PBM space.

  • 5+ years of experience with integrated delivery networks.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting pharmacy implementations.

  • Ability to lead and execute new process-driven operational solutions.

  • Technical proficiency with HIPAA standard data transactions.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project).

  • Strong project management skills and ability to facilitate large, multidisciplinary teams.

  • Initiative to effect change and influence team members.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to deliver executive presentations and communicate status, issues, and risks.

  • Capability to take on complex tasks and responsibilities.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $53.00 per hour
