Pay Rate: $34/hour
We’re looking for a Rental Manager to lead and support our Rental Department operations. This includes managing office and yard staff, working with customers, supporting sales, and ensuring smooth rental and fuel operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a warehouse, rental, or service environment who enjoys a fast-paced, team-focused atmosphere.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the rental office and yard team

Provide top-notch customer service and build long-term client relationships

Help set and track team goals and performance

Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and rental tracking

Oversee equipment rentals, returns, and fuel/ticket reporting

Keep the rental yard organized, clean, and safe

Handle basic reporting and work with sales and management on rates and customer accounts
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in rental, service, or operations management

Comfortable leading a team and supporting team development

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Great communication skills – with both customers and team members

Able to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly

Forklift experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required
