Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Adecco is assisting a client in Princeton, NJ in recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Specialist. This is a fully onsite position within a dynamic and fast-paced department focused on maintaining the integrity of student records. The assignment is expected to run through the end of August 2025.
About the Role:
As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist in the Resolution Services department, you will support the processing of student records by reviewing, verifying, and resolving discrepancies. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities:
Develop competency in assigned processes and program-specific subject matter.
Ensure timely and accurate processing in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Report any processing issues or production errors to management.
Suggest and support improvements to existing processes.
Review documentation and flag missing or additional materials.
Maintain professionalism and follow organizational policies and procedures.
Adhere to the work schedule and maintain reliable attendance.
Required Skills:
Strong investigative and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer literacy.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
