Position: Director of Nursing at a Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Location: Memphis, TN

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care and professionalism.
- Daily Rounds and Meetings: Conduct daily rounds and attend morning and afternoon meetings.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay on top of state compliance, audits, and surveys.
- Patient Care: Oversee patient care, documentation, and handle any arising issues promptly.
- Team Building: Foster a positive work environment, set standards, and hold the team accountable.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10 years as a DON with a background in long-term care, including state compliance and survey experience.
- Licenses: Unencumbered RN state license.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred.
- Special Skills: Experience with Vents and Trachs.
