In this role, you will operate and maintain molding equipment, ensure product quality through inspection and troubleshooting, support process improvements, perform routine mold maintenance, assist with material handling and part finishing, help train team members, and promote a safe and efficient work environment.
This position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years of experience in rotational molding or similar manufacturing; skills in operating and maintaining molding machines; strong troubleshooting and quality inspection abilities; the ability to follow instructions and work independently; experience training team members and performing basic mold maintenance; collaboration skills to resolve production issues; the ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and a commitment to safety and reporting concerns.
