Adecco Search is actively recruiting for a Sales Engineer on behalf of a leading provider of innovative construction solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that values technical expertise, customer relationships, and forward-thinking solutions.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll blend technical knowledge with sales strategy to deliver tailored solutions to clients in the construction industry. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure successful project execution and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities

  • Conduct site visits and assess project requirements

  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

  • Develop customized proposals and cost estimates

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings

  • Provide post-sale technical support and troubleshooting

  • Manage equipment quotations and vendor coordination

  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales within the construction industry

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, systems, and processes

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and AutoCAD or SolidWorks (2D required)

  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events
