Job Description: As a Sales Associate at Petit Clair, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist in restocking merchandise and managing inventory.
Participate in promotional events and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Passion for customer service and a friendly, positive attitude.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
