Front Counter Sales Associate
Full-Time | $18-20/hour (based on experience)

Are you a people person who loves solving problems, learning about products, and helping customers find exactly what they need? Join our growing team as a Front Counter Sales Associate and be the face of a trusted, locally owned contractor and industrial supply house.
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable team player who’s ready to grow with us in the commercial and industrial construction supply industry.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist walk-in and call-in customers with a positive, can-do attitude
Recommend products and explain their features and benefits with confidence
Handle sales transactions, generate quotes, and process orders (including rentals and repairs) using our CRM system
Support our outside sales team with follow-ups, order management, and customer communications
Stay up to date on new tools, materials, and trends in the construction industry
Help keep the shop running smoothly—pitch in with stocking shelves, picking orders, and keeping things organized
Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
Interest/experience in the construction or industrial supply space is a big bonus!
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers
Detail-oriented, organized, and great at multitasking
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new systems
High school diploma required; college degree a plus
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
