Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Rock Hill, SC (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $24–$28/hour

We’re seeking a motivated and engaging Sales Development Representative to join a dynamic team in Rock Hill. This is a front-line sales role focused on generating pipeline and supporting the growth of a national sales effort. If you’re confident speaking with new people, thrive on momentum, and love a fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound activity

Support senior sales staff by coordinating follow-ups and client communications

Attend product trainings and use that knowledge to engage potential clients

Schedule and confirm prospect meetings for the outside sales team

Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies
Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with cold outreach and professional public speaking

Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, or similar

Strong time management and organizational abilities

Willingness to travel within the U.S. on a monthly basis

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
