Adecco has partnered with an exciting new client to find a qualified Sales Executive to join their rapidly growing media production agency. As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline and building a book of business through sales and new account acquisitions. The ideal candidate for this role will have proven success in a media, creative or agency sales roles and experience selling omnichannel digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prospecting and building new business to drive revenue
Managing, forecasting, and leading sales activity/pipeline in CRM tool to meet targets and goals
Developing new business and account strategies, closing and driving market expansion within your vertical assignment
Creating and delivering sales presentations.
Owning the sales process from prospecting all the way through to closing a deal and managing the account.
Qualifications:
Previous Sales Executive and/or Sales Representative experience required.
3+ years of inside/outside sales experience required. Proven success in building and managing sales pipeline, quotas, and overall sales performance.
3+ years of experience in business development required. Growing new and existing business, managing key accounts, and book of business in digital content, social media, or similar space.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, content creation, video production.
Knowledge of Meta/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Google/YouTube, Hulu, Amazon
Expertise within the CPG, DTC/eComm/Tech/Sports industries are a plus
Self-starter and proactive in identifying areas of opportunity within sales and marketing
