Adecco Staffing is searching for a Sales Representative in Norwood, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits!
Pay: $75,000-90,000 + uncapped commission
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead our efforts in expanding market presence and fostering customer relationships in the environmental services sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, promote company services, and develop strategies for long-term growth. This role requires a combination of industry knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement a growth strategy that emphasizes both financial performance and customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present service offerings
Promote company services by addressing and anticipating client goals and concerns
Draft and manage sales contracts in compliance with legal and company standards
Maintain organized records of sales, revenue, client accounts, and invoices
Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Preparation, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience or knowledge of the environmental services industry (asbestos, demolition, remediation) is a plus
Strong market knowledge and industry insight
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and stakeholders
Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Pay Details: $750,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
