Adecco is in search of a Sales Support Specialist at a large client in Troy, MI. The hours are standard 8AM to 5PM M-F. Pay for this role is TBD and is based on experience. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in supporting sales teams. Please note that this is currently a PART TIME role and has the ability to turn into full time. the ideal candidate MUST HAVE order management, S&OP experience, and data management. Job title: Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary The candidate will work as a Sales Support Specialist focusing on managing customer orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. They will also support sales and operational planning processes by analyzing data and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and delivery schedules.

The job is for someone who helps manage customer orders and works with different teams to make sure things get delivered on time. This person also keeps track of how much stuff is in stock and helps plan how much more is needed.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Order Management experience

  • Strong Coordination skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with ERP systems

  • Excellent Communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment or OEM supply chain role

  • Knowledge of S&OP, demand planning or supply planning processes

Skill Education

  • Order Management: The process of receiving, reviewing, processing customer orders accurately to ensure alignment with company specifications.

  • Coordination: Working collaboratively with various teams like sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Microsoft Office Suite: A collection of office-related applications including Outlook for emails; Excel for spreadsheets; Word for documents; PowerPoint for presentations.

  • ERP systems: Enterprise Resource Planning systems used for managing business processes through integrated software platforms.

  • S&OP: Sales & Operations Planning involves aligning supply and demand forecasts through data collection and analysis.



Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
