· Shift: M-F 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (REMOTE)

Responsibilities:
Use workforce management tools to monitor and adjust staffing
Create weekly schedules and coordinate non-phone activities
Track real-time agent status and schedule adherence
Optimize staffing to meet service levels
Communicate with the Sales team for live updates
Prepare reports, dashboards, and ad hoc data requests
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Experience in a fast-paced office environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Workforce management experience
· Availability for evening and Saturday shifts
· Preferred skills: Familiarity with systems like Avaya, CMS, IEX, eWFM, Genesis, Five9, or Blue Pumpkin

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
