Adecco is partnering with a client in Montgomery NY; we are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This position involves heavy physical activity, including lifting cartons up to 70 lbs, palletizing, lumping, and wrapping pallets. Associates must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and moving constantly throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lumping, palletizing, and wrapping of cartons and pallets
Accurately process customer orders using manual or system-based tasks
Load, unload, stock, pick, and pack items as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times
Participate in scheduled physical inventories
Other duties as assigned by warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent work experience)
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs)
Able to stand and walk for over 90% of the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
Work Schedule & Availability:
Must be available to work the listed shifts
Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, and holidays as required
Regular and reliable attendance is essential
Additional Requirements:
Steel-toe safety shoes required
Drug test and background screening must be completed and approved before start
No exceptions to screening requirements
Pay Details: $21.40 per hour
