Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in managing collections for major accounts.
Ability to assess and release credit holds on orders appropriately.
Experience conducting aging analyses for account management.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software.
Description:
Collaborate internally and directly with customers to address short payments, disputes, and billing inquiries. Escalate any roadblocks impacting collection timelines to the supervisor.
Analyze creditworthiness and make informed decisions to release orders on hold while adhering to established credit procedures.
Conduct customer reviews and recommend appropriate credit lines for both new and existing accounts. Proactively inform the supervisor of potential credit risks.
Perform aging analyses and collaborate with the supervisor to set monthly and quarterly goals for Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), cash collections, and account reviews.
Assist with assigned projects, including data gathering, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across various organizational levels.
Pay Details: $24.50 per hour
