We are assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position. Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in managing collections for major accounts.

  • Ability to assess and release credit holds on orders appropriately.

  • Experience conducting aging analyses for account management.

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software.

Description:

  • Collaborate internally and directly with customers to address short payments, disputes, and billing inquiries. Escalate any roadblocks impacting collection timelines to the supervisor.

  • Analyze creditworthiness and make informed decisions to release orders on hold while adhering to established credit procedures.

  • Conduct customer reviews and recommend appropriate credit lines for both new and existing accounts. Proactively inform the supervisor of potential credit risks.

  • Perform aging analyses and collaborate with the supervisor to set monthly and quarterly goals for Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), cash collections, and account reviews.

  • Assist with assigned projects, including data gathering, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across various organizational levels.



Pay Details: $24.50 per hour
