Adecco is assisting one of our top clients in a search for Senior Digital Media Manager for their LAMBERTVILLE, NJ location. This is a direct hire opportunity that is 100% remote. Your role is to support the Digital Department and you will report to the Director of Digital Media Services. This job serves as the strategic lead for all clients for display digital media, encompassing, planning, buying, execution and analysis. You need to be tech-savvy, versatile problem solver that enjoys taking on a wide variety of challenges.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with industry partners to help develop client-facing presentations and proposals.
  • Produce timely, clean, and accurate media deliverables.
  • Negotiate and purchase digital media from advertising partners for CPM-, CPC- and CPA-based programs.
  • Build and execute digital media plans, including flowcharts, IOs and budgets.
  • Handle client requests and make appropriate updates to campaigns.
  • Monitor media performance throughout campaign flights and optimize as needed.

    Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as the liaison between digital media and account management
  • Keep Account Managers up to date on client digital happenings
  • Collaborates with team members on campaigns in order to exceed measurable client goal.
  • Integrates with other departments including Social Media, Traditional Media, Interactive, Creative, Communications, Project Management and Account Management to create a holistic 5-star experience for clients.

  • Understand and follow all agency procedures, while taking a leadership role in seeking ways to improve upon them.
  • Be on-time for all meetings and workday start and end times.
  • Ensure that accurate time sheets are kept and submitted in a timely basis.
  • Remain knowledgeable about the operations of the agency as a whole.

    Initiative, Ownership & Expertise

  • Researches and stays up to date on digital media trends, platforms, and vendors while assuming responsibility for increasing knowledge base
  • Responsible for increasing proficiency with research tools, function & application
  • Attend appropriate professional meetings & seminars.
  •

  • Participate with new business.
  • Work on other agency initiatives or new business on an as-needed basis.
  •  

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients, including presentations on media plans and analysis.
  • Willingness to learn new things and the ability to own job responsibilities completely.
  • Familiarity and understanding of digital media campaign management platforms (i.e., GDN, DoubleClick DCM, Double Verify, New Home Feed, Waze, Mobile SMS, etc.)
  • Experience executing digital advertising campaigns across channels
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
  • Organized; self-starter; takes initiative; and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clear understanding of the campaign execution lifecycle.
  • Ability to analyze campaign KPIs and distinguish data correlation from causality.
  • Firm grasp of Interactive U/X in regard to digital media performance.
  • Understanding of verifications services, viewability KPIs and display advertising fraud.
  • Background in multiple industry verticals.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience minimum in managing digital media campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills essential.
  • Knowledge of DSP programmatic platforms
  • Proficiency with AdWords’, Bing, DoubleClick/DCM, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
