Do you take pride in precision and reliability? Are you an FAA-certified mechanic ready to put your skills to work on a team that helps save lives? We're seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join a high-performing aviation maintenance team supporting air medical operations in the Mesa region.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of the maintenance crew, you’ll be responsible for the inspection, repair, and upkeep of helicopters used in critical care transport. Your work ensures that each aircraft meets the highest safety and performance standards before taking flight.
Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on aircraft airframes and powerplants

Document maintenance activities and certify completed work in accordance with FAA, manufacturer, and internal standards

Communicate equipment status and required repairs to leadership and technical teams

Track inventory and ensure availability of required parts and calibrated tools

Support base operations, field assignments, and occasional overnight maintenance shifts as needed

Maintain accurate data entry and compliance within maintenance tracking systems

Participate in safety audits, training, and team briefings
What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate (Airframe & Powerplant)

Minimum 2 years of certified aircraft maintenance experience

Basic computer and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check

Willingness to work night shifts or travel when required
-
Sheet metal or avionics troubleshooting experience is a plus

Candidates must reside within 60 miles or 1-hour drive from the assigned base

Pay Details: $60,484.00 to $85,148.00 per year
