What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the business to understand their needs, own and drive the recruiting process and strategy for your client group
  • Manage the recruitment process for approx. 10-15 requisitions at a time up to Sr Manager/ Director level, from initial sourcing to managing the interview process, onboarding, and new hire process
  • Develop and execute search strategies to recruit top talent, including a plan that includes competitive research, industry knowledge, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Maximize the use of the web-based application system and Internet recruitment applications/methods
  • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities through the maintenance of peer relationships in the field to share issues and ideas, maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field to develop new strategies and programs to attract top talent
  • Interview, assess, and submit candidates for assigned requisitions while supporting the company's diversity, affirmative action, and equal employment opportunity goals
  • Partner closely with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team
  • Create a process for identifying and managing internal talent for filling positions and provide a full slate of external candidates to hiring managers
  • Educate Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and others on employment processes and responsibilities to enhance staff management skills
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
  • Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience in fashion corporate recruiting
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Fashion recruiting background
  • Experience managing 15+ requisitions time within professional and creative/marketing skill sets
  • Experienced with partnering with HR, business owners, and managers
