Server Test Engineer (759922)
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Engineer to join our client’s site engineering team at their US Fulfillment Center in Whitsett, NC.
What’s the job?
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in testing server hardware and a strong commitment to quality assurance and problem-solving. This is a five-days-a-week onsite position with no hybrid or remote options. You must be willing to travel globally on short notice to other company locations.
For clarity: this is an engineering role. Helpdesk experience is not likely to meet the job requirements.
What will you do?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of server hardware components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to Lenovo global standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in design and specification reviews.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing server hardware.
- x86 Intel server architecture and/or GPU Nvidia Arm based technology
- Experience in server, storage and GPU
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Details: $39.00 to $45.71 per hour
