Responsibilities:
Performing mail services such as sorting, metering, and distributing packages
Managing copy, print, and scan jobs based on client instructions (must be tech-savvy!)
Acting as a receptionist, answering incoming calls and greeting guests professionally
Supporting hospitality and facilities services, maintaining conference rooms, kitchen areas, and assisting with small office moves
Candidates for the Service Specialist role must meet the following requirements to be considered:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of office services or receptionist experience, ideally in a law firm
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor (business casual dress code, no jeans)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., push/pull carts, and stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods
Must be flexible and available for occasional overtime

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
