1. Operate industrial (intermediate level) machines and manufacture products or components following the established production itineraries, product specifications and quality standards.
2. Observe the operation of the assigned machine, ensuring that the products / components are manufactured based on the established specifications and standards.
3. Make minor adjustments to industrial machines as required.
4. Maintain the day records of inspections made to industrial machinery following the procedures established by the company.
5. Use measuring instruments and hand tools to make adjustments to industrial machinery.
6. Interpret drawings and graphics of products and / or production processes to ensure the manufacture of the product following the corresponding specifications.
7. Perform movement of raw material to feed the industrial machinery / production following the procedures established by the work area.
8. Identify deficiencies and needs for repair or maintenance required by the industrial machinery / production.
9. Perform visual inspections of the components of the manufactured product, ensuring that they meet quality standards.
10. Document and deliver to the corresponding personnel the production and scrap reports following the procedures and formats established by the company.
11. Keep your work area clean and collected following the policies and procedures of the work area and the company.
12. Refer any abnormalities in the product or process to the immediate supervisor or designated personnel.
13. Keep work areas clean and report unsafe conditions that may affect the safety of employees.
14. Handle waste and dispose of it following the procedures established by the company.
15. Comply with the established norms and procedures tied to health, safety and environment.
16. Participate actively in meetings with department staff with the objective of discussing operational and / or administrative aspects of the company.
17. Comply with the rules, policies and procedures established by the Department of Human Resources and the company.1. Pay Details: $10.88 per hour
