Shipping Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for shipping associate in Gansevoort, New York. This is a temp to hire opportunity, with starting pay rates of $21.00 Sunday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. For instant consideration, please click apply below.

 

Responsibilities of a Shipping Associate:    

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping instructions

• Safely and efficiently load and unload goods onto delivery trucks.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting.

• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.

• Work effectively with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Measuring and reporting the campaign's ability to drive inbound leads to the sales Follow safety regulations, quality standards, and company protocols.
  
  Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided).

• A college degree with a marketing concentration is highly desirable

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
