Job Title: Shipping Coordinator
Location: Fremont, CA Reports to: Logistics & Warehouse Manager
Summary:
Adecco is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage internal logistics and outbound shipments from our warehouse. This role is responsible for packaging, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm $23.00 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process customer orders from online systems
Plan packaging configurations and perform final pack-outs
Wrap and label pallets according to standards
Log shipments and update inventory using Excel
Ensure accurate documentation of lot numbers and quantities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support Logistics & Warehouse Manager with daily operations
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; A.A. degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written English skills
Basic math and reasoning skills
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing and performing physical tasks for extended periods
Strong stamina and work ethic
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/warehouse setting
Low to moderate noise
Team-based and fast-paced environment
Operates machinery and works at designated stations for long periods
Performance Expectations:
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
Able to operate at least three workstations
Reports shipment data and inventory accurately
Maintains consistent productivity and quality
Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
