We have been engaged by a multi-location restaurant company with the potential to go nationwide to find and help them hire a Sous-chef in their newly established San Jose store. This company is poised to grow and are looking for professionals who are excited at the prospect of helping build a leader in the space. The ideal Sous-chef will bring the following experience -
Experience with Asian cuisine is a plus (Korean food experience would be ideal)
Must be teachable.
Must understand the basics of food safety and compliance.
Korean and/or Spanish language skills are pluses.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
