Job Title: Senior Infusion Pharmacy Technician
Location: 2685 Patton Road, Roseville, MN 55113
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (No weekends; OT as needed)
Pay - 24.67/HR
Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Infusion Pharmacy Technician to join our client’s growing pharmacy team in Roseville, MN. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong sterile compounding skills and a customer service mindset. The technician will play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations including medication preparation, dispensing, cleaning protocols, and patient communication.
Dispense unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV medications, and related supplies
Call patients, answer incoming calls, and triage pharmacy-related inquiries
Maintain sterile compounding protocols including completing and documenting daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
Collaborate within a team to promptly address pharmacy operational needs
Work independently and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Minnesota Pharmacy Technician License
Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (hospital or home infusion preferred)
Experience with sterile compounding
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification
Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
1+ years of consistent, hands-on sterile compounding experience

Pay Details: $24.00 to $24.67 per hour
