Pay Rate: $40.00 - $55.00 (based on experience)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Type of Work: Hybrid Schedule - Monday and Friday (Work from Home) and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (In Office)
Responsibilities:
Full life cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
Ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and tactics
Identify process breakdowns and proactively fix both short and long-term problems
Source and screen resume for applicants and interview candidates
Place advertisements and manage the selection of external recruitment vendors
Determine the best fit between candidate and staffing requirements
Manage recruitment and staffing cost per hire
Negotiation of salaries and contracts and extension of offers to candidates
Communication of information to business units regarding SWS policy and procedure
Education
BA/BS degree or commensurate experience is required
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years recruiting experience in a search firm or within a human resources department or corporation.
