Adecco is hiring an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us build high-performance teams that will drive our product forward and expand our business globally.

In this role, you'll be a true partner to our hiring managers, sourcing and hiring across all teams, with a primary focus on engineering talent. You'll be tasked with creating robust candidate pipelines while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience, feeling like they're the only one you're talking to.

  • Pay Rate: $67.04 /Hr

  • Location: Onsite (Seattle, WA)

  • Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Type: Temp to hire

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Hiring Managers & Build Teams: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build high-performing teams across various departments, with a strong emphasis on engineering.

  • Strategic Sourcing & Hiring: Source and hire top-tier talent, primarily for engineering roles, directly contributing to our product development and global expansion.

  • Candidate Experience Champion: Create robust pipelines while delivering a personalized and outstanding candidate experience.

  • HR Knowledge Hub: Become a go-to resource for HR-related questions, including benefits and compensation.

  • Brand Ambassador: Spread the "UberLOVE" by actively participating in networking events and e-meetups.

  • Innovate & Improve: Continuously work to enhance existing recruiting programs and develop innovative strategies to identify future team members.

  • Relationship Builder: Develop strong relationships across multiple internal teams.

  • Industry Expert: Showcase your passion for the industry through intimate knowledge of the market, target companies, and relationships within open-source networks.

  • Pipeline Pioneer: Enthusiastically build candidate pipelines from scratch, demonstrating persistence to find the perfect fit.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.

  • 1+ year of technical sourcing experience.

  • A blend of in-house and agency recruiting experience.

  • A degree or equivalent practical work experience.

  • To be technically savvy and comfortable with recruiting tools and platforms.

Pay Details: $67.00 per hour
