Job Title: Staff Accountant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role will support key financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and month-end close. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and report on company metrics and financial objectives.
Develop and maintain ongoing SKU and product line profitability analysis.
Conduct channel and major customer profitability analysis.
Collaborate with the Controller to oversee the annual budgeting process.
Maintain the company’s forecasting and planning model, regularly updating and communicating to leadership.
Support the Controller with audits and other external reporting requirements.
Monitor and report on cash management, including regular cash flow forecasting.
Assist in analyzing and maintaining the company’s financing structure.
Ensure proper financial and accounting controls across functions such as billing, A/R, A/P, and cash management.
Prepare and record accruals and journal entries for month-end close.
Provide monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
Complete ad-hoc financial analyses as needed by management.
Collaborate with HR and the Controller to analyze payroll and related expenses.
Assist in developing financial presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; strong academic performance required.
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or corporate finance.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large and complex multi-linked worksheets.
Experience with accounting software.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to create and deliver presentations.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
