Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Breast Surgical Oncologist to join our client's team in Fresno, CA - 93720.
Compensation
- $400,000-$420,000 annually, plus a $20,000 bonus (can be used for relocation).
- This salary range is for base compensation and excludes incentive compensation and benefits.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- No Weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Apply advanced surgical skills and specialized knowledge to treat patients with breast disease.
- Patient-Centered Care: Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients and their families feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in breast surgical oncology, introducing new approaches and technologies as appropriate.
- Education: Educate and support patients, families, and the community on breast cancer prevention, screening, and treatment options.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Certification in Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
- Completion of fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology.
- California medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Team-oriented with a minimum of one year of proven experience in breast surgical oncology.
