Tax Accountant
Location: Irving, TX (On-site)
Pay: $50/hr (Temp to Hire After 90 days)
Adecco is partnering with a leading global organization to find a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Accountant to join their U.S. Tax Team! This role offers the chance to work closely with multiple departments, gain exposure to federal and international tax matters, and be part of a supportive, knowledgeable team.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual city and state tax returns for entities operating across 28+ states, including conducting nexus studies as needed.
• Manage state income tax filings, extensions, and related forms.
• Support the preparation of documentation for tax audits and responses to tax notices.
• Assist with federal income tax matters and other specialized tax areas as needed.
• Stay updated on state, federal, and international income tax regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Accounting or Taxation is a plus)
✔ 2+ years of relevant tax accounting experience
✔ Exposure to OneSource tax provision and return preparation software is a plus
✔ Experience with large consolidated state tax returns is highly desirable
✔ CPA certification or CPA eligibility is a plus
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
