Always keep company and client information private.
Show you can work well under pressure and adjust to meet client needs and deadlines.
Present yourself and your work in a professional way to clients and co-workers.

Keep leaders informed about how projects are progressing and any new issues that come up.

Respond to client questions within 24 hours.

You might need to travel overnight occasionally to client locations and for training sessions.

Help train, supervise, and evaluate team members, and assist in preparing materials or teaching in-house training.

Maintain good relationships with co-workers, clients, and supervisors by focusing on teamwork, being helpful, and considering others’ ideas.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Meets the requirements to pursue CPA certification or other relevant certifications.
High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and a complex workload effectively.
Knowledgeable about firm policies and procedures.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive.
Proven time and work management skills.
