Adecco is helping our client, a leader in manufacturing aircraft equipment, identify Technical Assembler – Electronics Repair Assembler candidates for an immediate opening in Redmond, WA!
Technical Assembler – Electronics Repair Assembler carries out a diverse range of assembly tasks according to their skill level. Tasks range from basic cleaning and sanding to more complex activities like soldering, assembling, and inspecting. The Assembler follows specific Work Instructions provided by the Technician to ensure the final product meets customer expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list is not exhaustive and may evolve as required by management.
· ASSEMBLER I: Works under direct supervision, primarily handling cleaning, sanding, and kit preparation. May involve the use of power tools like electric screwdrivers or dremels.
· ASSEMBLER II: Carries out tasks of Assembler I under close supervision and adds basic installation of lenses and filters in panels. Requires a minimum of 1 year of electrical soldering experience (IPC or J-Std.).
· ASSEMBLER III: Performs duties of Assembler II with limited supervision and handles moderately complex tasks like surface-mount (SMT) and plated through hole soldering operations, including those involving single and multi-layer boards. Capable of assembly and soldering across various products like Lightplate, Integrated Switch Panel, Battery Pack, Control Panel Assembly, and Interior Lighting. Requires a minimum of 3 years of electrical soldering experience (I-Std.) and proficiency in paint touch-up.
· ASSEMBLER IV: Carries out duties of Assembler III with minimal supervision and provides training to other team members. Conducts functional testing on products listed under Assembler III. Requires a minimum of 4 years of electrical soldering experience (J-Std.) and certification in In-Process Inspection.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· A combination of education, training, work, and/or life experience that assures the acquisition of necessary knowledge and skills.
· Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English is essential.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
