Responsibilities for a Technical Customer Support Representative include but are not limited to:
Provide technical product support and pricing information to customers via phone and email
Review customer specifications and prepare accurate quotes using ERP systems
Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Engineering, and Production to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, including order tracking, issue resolution, and post-sale support
Candidates for Technical Customer Support Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Must have a mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing technical background or understanding
Basic Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus
Strong data entry and typing skills (please include WPM on resume or application)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
