Responsibilities for an Telesales Agent include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming phone calls from Medicare-eligible individuals, identify their needs, and provide product information with the goal of generating a qualified lead and sale
Assist callers with completing enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product guidelines
Use computer systems to document interactions, maintain compliance, and follow up as needed
Meet established sales goals, licensing requirements, and performance metrics in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
Candidates for Telesales Agent must meet the following requirements to be considered:
High school diploma or higher education required
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain a Health & Disability Insurance License for Puerto Rico (support provided), and additional licenses as required
Minimum 3 months of experience in a call center or similar structured environment
Proficiency in Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex systems while multitasking
What’s in this Telesales Agent position for you?
Pay:
Shift:
32 hours per week during non-peak season
40 hours per week during peak season
Flexibility required between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM CST, including weekends/holidays
Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
