Territory Manager – Dental Sales
Location: Field-based Chicago Area (Travel Required)
Compensation: $75K-$130K/year + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts across a defined region, managing your territory like your own business. You’ll be the face of our dental solutions—implants, regenerative, and restorative—building strong relationships with dental professionals and driving case production through strategic engagement and consultative selling.
What You’ll Do:
Grow revenue by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships
Act as a trusted advisor to dental providers, aligning solutions with their clinical and business goals
Identify and convert prospects into loyal customers—dentists, oral surgeons, and key decision-makers
Support onboarding, training, and referral development to ensure long-term success
Collaborate with marketing to drive product launches and brand awareness
Represent the company at trade shows, study clubs, and educational events
Maintain accurate forecasts, territory plans, and CRM documentation (SAP)
What You Bring:
3+ years of sales experience in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
Proven ability to work independently and exceed sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, dental or medical device sales experience, consultative selling background
