Overview:

As an Enrollment & Intake Therapist, you will be one of the first points of contact for potential participants, guiding them through the enrollment process and introducing them to our life-changing services. Using standardized assessments, you’ll identify participant needs, diagnose, and set treatment goals. This role is crucial in building foundational relationships and maintaining engagement during the transition to post-release programming.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview potential participants and assess eligibility.
Administer assessments and create treatment plans.
Maintain professional relationships with prison staff and administration.
Serve as a liaison between participants and the post-release care team.
Document interactions and update records in the electronic system.
Skills and Qualifications:

Passion for our mission and the ability to resolve conflicts.
Collaborative attitude and effective communication skills.
Flexibility to work within correctional facilities.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
Independent clinical license and 3-5 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorders.
Familiarity with DSM-5 and 12-step programs.
Ability to pass DOC security clearance and a valid driver’s license.
