Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can put your machine operation skills to work? Join our team in Lyman, NE, as a Tool and Cutter Grinder and take advantage of a steady 1st shift schedule (6:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Thursday) with possible OT on Fridays!
Pay: $18/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday (10-hour shifts) + Potential OT Fridays

What You’ll Do:
Operate production machines such as grinders, mills, drill presses, and lathes
Read work orders and instructions to ensure accuracy
Inspect products using measuring instruments to ensure top-notch quality
Keep an eye on machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed
Maintain Kurt Manufacturing’s quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Required: High School Diploma or GED + at least 1 month of related experience
Preferred: 3 months of related experience in a similar role
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle hands-on tasks

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
