Tort Litigation Attorney
Position: Senior Associate Attorney
Salary: Starting at $120k, going up based on experiene.
Location: Dallas, TX In-office
Team Composition: Three shareholders, one paralegal, two legal assistants
Adecco is proud to partner with a midsized downtown Dallas law firm that is seeking an experienced Tort Litigation Attorney to join their team as a Senior Associate. This role involves working on a variety of cases, primarily focusing on negligence and product liability claims against amusement parks (approximately 60% of the time)0
Key Responsibilities:
Handle traditional tort litigation cases (e.g., slip and fall, car accidents, etc.)
Conduct depositions
Serve as second chair at trials
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in tort litigation
JD from an accredited law school
Active Bar admittance
Ability to manage and handle complex legal cases
Strong deposition and trial skills

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
