Adecco’s client is seeking a Transportation Operations Specialist to join their team in Springdale, AR.

Shift: Night Shift (starting at 8 PM)
What you’ll do:
· Respond to incoming emails promptly, confirming deliveries and tracking orders to ensure on-time delivery.
· Problem-solve delivery issues using various dispatch and scheduling systems (TES, LME, Four Kites, OTR, Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network).
· Analyze incoming communications, determine appropriate resolutions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal Tyson policies, procedures, and software applications.
· Work collaboratively with key internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service excellence.
· Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and internal contacts.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or a similar role within the transportation industry (Dispatcher, Transportation Associate, Operations Associate).
• Proven track record of dependability and long-term commitment (no job hopping).
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using dispatch and scheduling systems.
• Knowledge of company’s policies and external customer processes is a plus.
Note:
This role is On-site; thus, open to candidates in/around/near Springdale, AR.
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
