Now Hiring: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Location: Wausau, WI
Schedule: Night Shift Available – 630p-7a, with every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Duration: 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Will provide basic respiratory care, critical care, ventilator management, and patient assessment with assess and treat protocols for all age groups

• Deliver oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and mechanical ventilation

• Set up and manage ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP machines, nebulizers, and other respiratory devices

• Provide emergency services for Rapid Response and Code Blue

• Floating is required to all patient care areas of the hospital, including ED and general care.  May also float to 2 other hospitals in the area if needed.

Qualifications:

• NBRC & RRT Certifications required

• KY State Licensure - Credentialed as a registered or certified Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) through the National Board for Respiratory Care

• Minimum 3+ years of experience required

• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Pay Breakdown:

• $1,188 per week (taxable)

• $1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

Pay Details: $2,434.00 per week
