Immediate opportunity at Adecco for a CNC Machinist at our client’s location in Newark, CA.
As a Tube Bending Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating tube bending equipment. Your duties will include interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate bending specifications. Proficiency in mathematics is crucial for calculating dimensions and tolerances to maintain part integrity. Attention to detail is essential for working with various metals and finishes, ensuring the final product meets quality standards. You will also perform machine maintenance and minor repairs as needed to keep equipment operational and productive.
Responsibilities:
Manages and oversees tube bending machinery, including CNC and hydraulic systems.
Evaluates sketches, directives, schematics, or prototypes to guarantee precision in manufacturing.
Chooses suitable machinery and configurations based on task requirements.
Organizes task sequence for efficient project completion.
Ensures part integrity while adhering to specified tolerances.
Assesses final products to uphold quality assurance standards.
Identifies and addresses machinery maintenance needs and conducts minor repairs.
Upholds a secure and orderly work environment.
Supports team collaboration by fulfilling additional tasks as required.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
