Airport Brand Ambassador - NYC Airports
Are you ready to create a magical experience for travelers at NYC airports? We are seeking an enthusiastic, tech-savvy Airport Brand Ambassador to enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You'll Do
As the face of Uber, you'll be on the ground, ensuring seamless rides:
Welcome and guide riders using a transportation app.
Provide on-site customer support for app and payment issues.
Enhance airport operations by managing vehicle flow and ensuring safe pickup/drop-off.
Promote brand services and educate travelers.
Support airport logistics and collaborate with operations teams.
Adapt and respond to ensure a seamless rider/driver experience.

About You
You're people-oriented, a problem-solver, adaptable, proactive, and tech-savvy.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, airport operations, event logistics, or similar.
Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Attention to Detail: Familiarity with airport layouts is a plus.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
